Our will questionnaire is the first step for our clients when they decide to make a will. Please download the questionnaire, complete it (approximate figures will do for assets and liabilities but please let us have full names and addresses for those you want to mention in your will) and return it by post or email to sherine.silva@hodders.co.uk

We can then meet or press on with preparing the first draft of your will with clause by clause summary, within 48 hours.

Once settled we can make arrangements for you to pop in and sign your will here or instruct you on how to sign it elsewhere.
