Christina Kwaw- Partner and Head of Housing Litigation Department
Christina has over 11 years' experience of advising Registered Social Providers and Local
Authorities including possession proceedings; anti-social behaviour injunctions;
unlawful subletting; trespassers; unlawful eviction; succession and disrepair actions.
She also advises social landlords on housing policy and procedure.
Rakhee Kotecha- Solicitor- Housing Litigation Department.
Rakhee works closely with Christina Kwaw and acts on behalf of a number of
Registered Providers of Housing in a variety of cases including contested transfer
of tenancy cases; succession; unlawful subletting; anti-social behaviour
injunctions and nuisance claims.
