Mary Ann Edwards

Mary Ann works exclusively in the area of law relating to children. The majority of her work is acting for children and parents in Public Law Proceedings and related work such as Adoption. Mary Ann has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since the late 1980s. Based in the firm’s High Wycombe office Mary Ann regularly represents clients in the Family Proceedings Court in High Wycombe and Aylesbury and the County Court in Milton Keynes.

Mary Ann also represents clients in London, Reading, Slough, Reading and Oxford Courts.

Vicky Preece

Vicky Preece

Vicky has significant experience in family law, assisting clients on matters of divorce and financial settlement, co-habitee disputes and domestic violence injunctions. She specialises in children law matters, including disputes between parents and matters involving Social Services intervention. Vicky also advises on education law matters including school admissions, exclusions, obtaining a statement of special educational needs and complaints.

Vicky is accredited to the Law Society's specialist Children Panel, and can therefore represent children in court proceedings. In addition, she is a committee member of the local Buckinghamshire and Berkshire region of 'Resolution' (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), and adheres to their best practice principles to seek an amicable resolution to family matters where possible.

Robert Ward

Robert Ward

Bob is a Consultant with Hodders, specialising in the Law relating to children in particular Care proceedings, more often acting for children through the Children's Guardian but also acting for Local Authorities and parents. He is also involved in adoption work. Notably, Bob has been a member of the Law Society Children's Panel since 1989.
