James Tompkins

James is a highly experienced practitioner and heads the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He specialises in the law relating to Landlord and Tenant and Housing and acts for numerous Registered Social Landlords as well as private landlord and tenants, both corporate and residential.

Christina Kwaw

Christina has significant litigation experience predominately specialising in residential and commercial property disputes for corporate, social landlords and private individual clients. She heads the firm's Landlord and Tenant Department and undertakes a varied caseload in civil disputes, including debt actions, contract disputes and Trusts of Land applications. She is also the firm's money laundering compliance officer.

William Brown

William has a general expertise in advising on a range of property related disputes including party wall disputes, applications under the trusts of land and appointment of trustees act 1996, as well as landlord and tenant disputes. He is also able to advise on debt recovery and employment law issues including Compromise Agreements.

His recent experience include assisting in successfully defending a number of Publican clients in private criminal prosecution proceedings issued by Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT); successfully defending a client in a non-domestic rating matter involving the Valuation Office Agency and a Local Authority.

Rachel Falconer

Rachel has a broad knowledge and deals with a wide range of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. Her case load covers a broad spectrum of property litigation, including construction cases, contractual disputes and contentious probate.
