Hodders is highly regarded for its extensive expertise in private and public family law relating to children. We are franchised by and carry the kitemark awarded by the Legal Services Commission to conduct family law which means that if you are financially eligible and your case merits it, we may be able assist with public funding through the Government's scheme.
We believe it is essential to offer a service that is both professional and proactive but also sensitive and sympathetic. Our team includes partners and senior solicitors each with over 15 years' experience in this field, who are members of the Law Society's Children's Panel.
In private law, our services cover the issues of: divorce, residence, contact, injunctions and adoption. In many cases we are able to help resolve disputes before they reach court.
In the public field, we handle care proceedings and contact with children in care.
As solicitors, we frequently conduct our own cases in court, enabling continuity throughout the case, In complex cases however, we have access to specialist barristers who are able to join our team.
