Asieh is a Senior Associate and Head of the family department at Hodders, joining us in January 2021. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011 in a busy North London firm, having specialised in all areas of Family law throughout her career.

Asieh advises clients on the whole spectrum of family law issues, including divorce and dissolution, financial remedy applications, cohabitation claims for unmarried couples, complex children matters, international and domestic relocation disputes, Schedule 1 applications for children, injunctions and proceedings relating to domestic violence or occupation of the family home.

Asieh has a particular interest in all matters relating to children law. She has experience in handling leave to remove applications, fact finding hearings and dealing with cases involving intransigent parents and parental alienation. Asieh represented mother in the reported case of M v F 22.07.2015- which involved the removal of the child from a non-Hague convention country- Northern Cyprus.

As an active member of Resolution, Asieh looks to handle matters in a constructive and non-confrontational manner. She aims to provide clients with clear and precise advice and help them through what can be a difficult time. Asieh is equally comfortable litigating and negotiating to achieve cost-effective solutions for her clients
